How to Invite a Candidate to a Meeting

Inviting candidates to next rounds of interviews just got easier! This article will explain how simple it is to invite that standout candidate to the next interview through Meetings.

There are two ways to invite a candidate to a meeting, through the Candidates page or through the Meetings page. 

Inviting Candidates from the Candidates page

  1. Log in to your Qualifi account.
  2. Click Candidates on the left side of your dashboard.
  3. Click on the Candidate you want to send the Meeting invite to.
  4. Click Schedule Meeting on the top right.

  5. Click Select next to the Meeting you would like to send.
  6. Click Send.

Inviting Candidates from the Meetings page

  1. Log in to your Qualifi account.
  2. Click Meetings on the left side of your dashboard.
  3. Click on the Meeting you would like to send.
  4. Click Send Meeting Invite.

  5. Click Select next to the Candidate you would like to send the Meeting invite.
  6. Click Send.

NOTE: Once a candidate is invited to a Meeting they will not be able to be invited to any other Meetings until they have finished their scheduled Meeting.
