How to Remove a User from a Team

There are two ways you can remove a User from a Team. Read the following to learn both ways.

Removing a User under My Teams

This method is particularly advantageous when you need to remove a User from a single team or when you wish to remove multiple users from a specific team.

  1. Log in to your Qualifi account.
  2. Click Settings on the bottom left side of your dashboard.
  3. Under the General tab click My Teams.
  4. Search for the Team you'd like to remove this User from.
  5. Click the three dots next to the Team.
  6. Click Edit Team.
  7. Click the X next the User's name.
  8. Click Update.

Removing a User under Manage Users

This approach is most effective when you want to remove a specific User from multiple Teams because it allows you to conveniently manage all the Teams that the User is currently a part of

  1. Log in to your Qualifi account.
  2. Click Settings on the bottom left side of your dashboard.
  3. Under the General tab click Manage Users.
  4. Search for the User you want to remove from the Team.
  5. Click the three dots next to their name.
  6. Click Manage Account.
  7. Click the X next to any team(s) you'd like to remove them from.
  8. Click Update User.
